Can you work with our whole family? Yes — that's most of my work. Adult children are welcome at every meeting, and decisions always stay with the person whose home it is.
Should we sell first or buy first? It depends on your next home and this month's market. I'll lay out both paths with real numbers, then you choose.
What does it cost to talk to you? Nothing. An evaluation and a plan cost you a conversation — you're never obligated to list with me.
How long does a right-size move take? Most families take 60–90 days from decision to closing, but your timeline leads. Some plan a year ahead, and plan better for it.
